The Corporate Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling Korek Telecoms corporate products and services to potential corporate accounts and they act as an account manager, providing after-sales support to these corporate accounts.
- Assist the corporate sales management team in formulating strategic visit plans tailored to designated market segments and geographical locations.
- Execute visits to prospective corporate clientele in accordance with the approved visitation plan established with the corporate sales management.
- Comprehend customer requirements and adeptly advocate Koreks diverse corporate products and services, aligning offerings with specific client needs.
- Demonstrate adept coordination in managing service delivery processes, working in tandem with both sales management and support teams.
- Proactively and efficiently work towards attainment of monthly sales targets and the designated KPIs.
- Cultivate a constructive team dynamic, actively contributing support to colleagues within the same team and cross-functional units.
