Corporate Sales & VIP Back Office Coordinator

Job Overview


Handling daily corporate sales support operations, in terms of activation, migration, SIM swap, service activation, credit notes and sending billd, and to solve lines problems in coordination with POS teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling all daily opertations with high quality and on timely manner.
  • Communicate with all the other departments to solve any issues that might hinder sales process and sales achievement.
  • Handle the coporate customer requests efficiently.
  • prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations performance reports and follow rejected contracts.
  • Handle stock issues.
  • Activate blank SIM, perform SIM swaps, process migration requests, and create corporate requests.
  • Handling MD requests and bill issuance requests.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS office software.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Arabic (required)
  • English (required)
  • Kurdish (preferred)


Number Of Positions
2-5 years of work experience in relevant field.
Bachelor in Business, Information Technology or in a relevant field.
