Country Marketing Lead

Job description

We are searching for a highly qualified Country Marketing Lead to join our ZoodPay and ZoodMall team in Iraq. He/she will contribute to existing marketing programs while developing new initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the executive team to plan and execute the marketing strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
  • Launch offline and online activities and campaigns to promote the ZoodPay and ZoodMall brands and drive sales
  • Launch co-marketing campaigns with partners
  • Establish a solid brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans across different channels and segments
  • Build strong relationships with the sales and product teams
  • Manage the marketing, social media, and creative design teams and track their performance
  • Plan and manage the deliverables of the Creative Agency and the internal design team
  • Develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction to meet campaign objectives
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies
  • Negotiate and liaise with third-party PR agencies
  • Provide competitive analyses and consumer trends
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to respective teams
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaigns performance
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing,
  • E-commerce/online experience is mandatory
  • Diploma in marketing, business, or related field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic languages
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mindset with an eye for creativity
  • Strong team management skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Proficiency in online and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
