Job Overview

(a)             Purpose of the Job (why does the Job exist):

 

The main purpose of the job is to manage inbound & outbound activities & CPD branch operations, Monitor stock, inventory variance & drive process improvement.

 

(b)             Key Deliverables of the Job:

 

1.       Inbound.     

Check consignment receipt as per packing list; Conduct physical verification of materials as per MTN; Complete Goods receipt in Auto Line; Ensure parts are received in receiving area; SED claim process adherence; Monitor Stock in Transit & ensure proper tracking till GRN receipt.

 

 

2.      Parts Picking & Binning.

Parts binning as per system location; Ensure location creation for all parts and 1 Part 1 Location; First In & First Out principle followed for all parts; Ensure each part is checked before binning in right location.

 

3.      PGI/PGR Process.

Post Goods Issue in Autoline system after completion the outbound process & regular monitoring of Order to dispatch lead time; Physical verification of return parts & process adherence; Parts return as per approved process and ensure parts are in good packing & saleable condition; Binning of parts in location.

 

4.      Outbound

Create Delivery Order/Service Issue Slip; Complete picking as per DO Quantity; Ensure proper packing after receiving the order and providing packing list as per the service level agreement; Complete loading without damages; Adhere to route wise dispatches for timely delivery of Parts/TBA; Maintain delivery vehicle records.

 

5.      Branch operation control

Conduct daily Perpetual Inventory as per schedule & bin correction; Ensure quarterly stock audits Expiry dates to be monitored for shelf life/TBA products; Report to GM on ageing stocks; Monitors inventory variance and takes corrective action, if necessary; Reviewing internal audit reports, warehouse branch operational report; Identify issues; Drive corrective actions to adhere to processes set for branch operations.

 

 

6.      Branch facility management

Ensure proper warehouse layout; Maintain optimum inventory level; Branch planning report generated on daily basis & necessary action as per the report; Ensure 5s Principle is adhered; Create work schedule for housekeeping & inspect cleanliness and strict compliance in running the CPD overall Operations at Site.

Total professional years of experience:10-15 years

 

Languages required: English & Arabic

 

Education required: Graduate or equivalent

 

Nationality: Expat or National

 

Skills (Technical & Soft):Semi Technical and MS Office
