Cihan Motors, Authorized Toyota Dealer is looking for a bright and aspiring CRM to join the team.
Position: CRM Executi
Hours: 8 Hrs. (Saturday to Thursday)
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contact New Vehicle Inquiries and reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in purchasing a new vehicle and are considering trading in their existing car.
- Engage social media and Sales Platform Inquiries by connecting with individuals who have inquired about our products and services through social media and various sales platforms to encourage them to visit our showroom.
- Comprehend Customer Needs via Phone: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s requirements and preferences during telephone conversations.
- Follow-Up on Inquiries: Conduct diligent follow-ups on all inquiries, ensuring that customer questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain and manage customer information and interaction records in our database or CRM system.
- Manage customer escalations and concerns effectively, striving to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Enquiry Report Maintenance: Keep comprehensive records of all inquiries and maintain inquiry reports for reference and analysis.
Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
- Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages (Spoken and Written) is A MUST.
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
- +1 year of experience in the automotive trade industry is preferred, and +1 year of experience in Tele Marketing.
- Handles Customers and soft-spoken Requirements.
- Technical knowledge of cars and features.
