CRM Agent – Lexus Erbil:

The CRM agent is responsible for performing the daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities and provide support the marketing events and exhibitions as required. Initiate and devise CRM campaigns to ensure that Lexus customer engagement is targeted to the appropriate customers and prospects base.

Location: Erbil-Mosul Road near 120 m Ring Road Cross-Section

Requirements:

A BSc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field is required. A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant position is needed. Native Kurdish, fluent Arabic, and upper-intermediate English are essential. Strong verbal and email communication skills are required. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is necessary. Ability to work under high-pressure conditions
