The CRM Executive efficiently manages customer data, handles calls and appointments, ensures satisfaction, handles complaints promptly, directs inquiries, provides KPI reports, and collaborates across departments for optimal coordination. This pivotal role underscores our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Prospective candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or related fields. Proficiency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English languages is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial competencies. Candidates will fulfill this role’s requirements effectively.
