Job Overview

The CRM Specialist is a key member of the marketing team who will be integral to the implementation of new programs and campaigns oriented towards the overall goal of increasing customer retention. Responsible for the execution of direct emails, and SMS campaigns, primary tasks include:

  • Act as a single point of contact for all customers in case of any concerns and to coordinate with concerned departments to ensure concern resolution
  • Create database for all the customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to GD’s profitability and achieve sales targets through various service marketing activities
  • Contribute to high customer retention
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Generate monthly customer complaint monitoring report


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Male preferred
  • 1- 2 years work experience in marketing
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in  Arabic, English is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude and ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team
  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
