CTIO Assistant

Job Overview


  • Ensures the smooth running of the CTIO’s office operations and time management.
  • Provides executive assistance to the CTIO in an effective and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Updates and maintains the CTIO’s calendar and schedule meetings for the CTIO in Korek and externally.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the reports and presentations for CTIO.
  • Provides administrative support to the CTIO, including correspondence, coordination, and problem resolution.
  • Managing office budget, organizing and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Organizing documents to be signed and coordinating with other departments if anything is missing.
  • Translate documents if required.
  • Liaise and coordinate some projects internally (with other department) or externally (e.g. consultants).
  • Acts as liaison and maintain open lines of communication among all level of staff in Korek and externally.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of data.
  • Other duties assigned.



  • Must be dependable and trustworthy.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of the work.
  • Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Fast learner, active and target oriented.
  • Professional appearance and manner.


Work Experience



Bachelor Business Management or relevant field.
