Customer Care Back Office Agent

Job Overview

Summary

Provide high-quality resolution to customer complaints and prevent their recurrence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in accordance with the company’s complaint-solving policy.
  • Identify root causes of complaints and implement effective solutions to prevent their reoccurrence.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complaints are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and clear records of all handled complaints.
  • Meet daily targets set by the head of the department.
  • Coordinate with all departments within the organization to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure.
