Tasks & Responsibilities:

The customer experience specialist is responsible for ensuring the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. The customer experience specialist also is responsible to involves managing customers, visitors, telephone messages, and calls in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner, also performs clerical duties to support the operation of the daily business. The customer experience specialist represents the first impression of the company to the customers and the public. Overall, the customer experience specialist’s main goal is to ensure that every interaction a customer has with a company or brand is positive, efficient, and meets their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration or any related field. Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Language skills (Kurdish, Arabic, English). Local people only can apply (Iraqis).
