  • Handling all incoming customer inquiries and questions
  • Providing appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
  • Refer problematic issues that they cannot resolve to management
  • Resolve customer complaints and issue refunds as needed
  • Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating customer information
  • Handling Payment Transactions
  • Always adhere to company policies and procedures when assisting clients



  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, administration, economics, economic sciences, or any nearby specialty.
  • Has at least one-year work experience
  • Has good computer skills.
  • Fluent in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel – Outlook)
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
  • Preferably have knowledge of global economic markets
  • Has a good way of communicating with others
  • Languages Required (English – Arabic), Feature (Kurdish)
