Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming customer inquiries and questions
- Providing appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
- Refer problematic issues that they cannot resolve to management
- Resolve customer complaints and issue refunds as needed
- Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating customer information
- Handling Payment Transactions
- Always adhere to company policies and procedures when assisting clients
Qualifications:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, administration, economics, economic sciences, or any nearby specialty.
- Has at least one-year work experience
- Has good computer skills.
- Fluent in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel – Outlook)
- Has the ability to work under pressure
- Preferably have knowledge of global economic markets
- Has a good way of communicating with others
- Languages Required (English – Arabic), Feature (Kurdish)
