Responsibilities and Duties:

 

·       Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints.

·       Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

·       Building strong customer relationship through clear and empathetic communication, actively listening to their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

·       Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately for proper tracking and reference purposes.

·       Meeting performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.

·       Identifying sales opportunities and promoting additional products or services to customers based on their needs or preferences.

·       Collaborating with other teams or escalating complex cases as necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions for customers.

 

Requirements and skills:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field

·       0-2 years of experience in a financial institution

·       Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic both written and oral fluency

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Active Listening

·       Problem-Solving Abilities

·       Time Management and Multitasking

·       Teamwork and Collaboration

·       Computer and Technology Skills

·       English (Very Good)

·       Arabic (fluent)
