Farage Printing Industries Ltd. (Xerox Authorized Distributor) is looking to hire a Customer Service Engineer in Sulaymaniyah.
Graduates of Computer Science or Communication Engineering are highly encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Perform the full range of maintenance on assigned products; including technical diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, and retrofit.
– Educate and train customers on replenishment of paper and toner, in addition to basic troubleshooting skills and easy fixes.
– Assist other service representatives with on-call support, knowledge sharing & problem-solving.
– Monthly (preventive) maintenance on equipment and make recommendations about upgrades or repairs.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor degree (preferable in Computer Science or Communication Engineering)
- Proficiency in English, Arabic is a must, Kurdish is preferred.
