Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media platforms.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (higher education preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• Proficient in using computer programs (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
• Fluency in [Arabic/English, or both].
