We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns, forwarding open tickets to specialized departments, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills in both English and another relevant language, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide prompt and accurate assistance
  • Forward open tickets to specialized departments as necessary and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in the company’s database
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  • Continuously improve customer service by identifying opportunities for improvement


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or customer support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and another relevant language
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus
