Job Overview

Description

  • Collect patient cards from receptionist/nurse on daily basis
  • Entering health patient’s data on daily/weekly on excel or other programs.
  • Aggregate daily data to weekly or ad-hoc reports
  • Quality control and data cleaning after it is entered, to validate and ensure its usability with cases, analysis, etc.
  • Compile & Consolidate Patient level data
  • Data storing, preserving it from loss to be retrieved when needed to use, or to obtain information from them.
  • Archive and organize patient files and documents for easy classification, and categorize them
  • Supporting administrative processes, by providing them with a set of data that will help strengthen the decision-making function.
  • Adhere to and champion INTERSOS data protection policies, including ensuring the safety of IT devices
  • Take part in and actively maintain appropriate, regular, transparent and supportive communication structures with the Health team, Doctors and nurses and other stakeholders with the objective of ensuring cooperation
  • Organize & Support patients and send them in queue line
  • Coordinate effectively with colleagues in the data team in order to complete the work in case of absent someone
  • Performing other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

 

 

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Education and professional experience:

  • University Degree or Graduated from high school, college or university in IT, computer engineering or other relevant disciplines, medical background would be an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in data collection, analysis and data entering in the medical field, in IT, computer engineering or other relevant disciplines.
  • Previous experience in working with International NGO in data collection would be considered an asset.

  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Excel
  • Knowledge of medical program and medical data collection
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High confidentiality, respect and non-discriminatory attitude
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

 

Languages:

  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
