Job Overview

  1. Act as a focal point for the site incoming and outgoing communications and correspondences.
  2. Responsible for archiving and circulating all the project documents to all concerned personnel, including but not limited to design drawings, construction method statement, quality control plan, inspection and test plan, checklists, design change requests, progress reports,  incoming and outgoing letters, etc.
  3. Ensure documents are circulated in a timely manner to avoid delaying the works at site.
  4. Prepare documents progress tracking reports.
  5. Protect the confidentiality of documents.
  6. Responsible for the administration activities at site.
