We are looking for Demand and Planning Specialist which responsible for generating, planning and tracking sell-in volum on weekly, monthly and annual basis aligned with BP and LRP volume, Investments decisions. alternative forecasting Scenarios, and this position is located in Baghdad.

 

What We Excpect

  • Generating monthly CCI (Primary) sales volume target aligned with RGM & Finance & Sales team. Determining distributors optimal stock policy based on the market volume, seasonality and the sales trends.
  • Providing the production plant allocated volume on weekly/monthly/annually base in order to ensure operational requirement of supply and logistics planning.
  • Managing Distributor Replenishment Process (Fair share) indicators to ensure a sustainable replenishment order process for Distributors and intercompany shipments in order to eliminate stock-out.
  • Weekly rolling CCI & Market volume targets in order to revise supply and deployment plans. Determining weekly/monthly production needs aligned with Supply planning.
  • Coordinating Weekly / Monthly S&OP(Sales and Operation) Process to gather tactical actions among marketing, supply chain, sales and finance departments in order to achieve volume and profitability targets.
  • Managing inventory stock levels with optimised min/max stock/days and ensuring the targeted volume availability.
  • Optimizing source decisioning of distributors and intercompany shipments to minimize logistics costs and leveling stocking capacities.
  • Setting volume allocation prioritization rules in case of any limited supply and getting aligned with related parties.
  • Highlighting gaps in the demand and supply plan and make sure that necessary actions are taken by related stakeholders.
  • Emphasizing potential supply risks and ensuring all risks being shared with related parties embedded in integrated business plan.
  • Following sales actuals and orders in the area of opportunities and risks. Providing feedback to the supply chain, marketing and sales teams.
  • Tracking & analyzing shelf-life risky products and over-stock inventories at CCI & Distributor Warehouses to eliminate disposals.
  • Designing and implementing digital transformation projects in order to increase efficiency with optimized and standardized operations.
  • Volume Scenarios Planning Process development, analyzing and finding the different outcomes coming from Any expected changes in business pricing , market situation by applying different Demand forecasting techniques.
  • Long range Demand Forecast Planning, with consideration of Capacity, for studying investment possibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4 years of total experience.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.
  • Able to travel if necessary (domestic and international).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
  • Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat)
  • Potential to be promoted to key roles in the country.
  • Good knowledge of CCI Systems.
  • Managerial and/or other functions experience is plus.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams, upper management and Corporate.
