Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager that has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

the Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Digital/marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and lead the implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and across all channels including website, social media, email, paid advertising, and SEO.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
    • Collaborate with other departments to integrate digital marketing into overall business strategies.
    • Set plans for clients acquisition through all social media and digital channels.
    • Stay up to date with all new digital marketing techniques and methods especially the new AI (Artificial intelligence) related tools & apps.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
    • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure successful execution.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and objectives.
    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
    • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven working experience in digital marketing, with (+5) years of experience.
  3. Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
  4. In-depth knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation
  5. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions
  6. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  7. Experience in the software or technology industry
  8. Working knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM platforms
  9. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad serving tools.
