  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets.

Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote Stepture product solutions and brand.

  • Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare an annual marketing budget and manage the budget throughout the year.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Age Range: 25-35 Years
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments
  • creative in devising informative, engaging, and motivational digital campaigns
  • proven marketing experience on different digital platforms
  • experience with leading and managing social media marketing campaigns
  • proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad serving tools, and marketing software
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • English and Arabic Langage
