Digital Media Production Officer

Job Overview


Job Summary:

The Digital Media Production officer is responsible for planning video productions, managing communication with all stakeholders, arranging implementations and contracts, as well as seeking chances for enhancing the content type according to the main message.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective digital media production strategy based on the targeted audience and main messages set for each brand.
  • Set a clear plan for each video required, and manage its implementation internally or externally.
  • Manage media production budgeting and coordinate its contracts and settlements between finance, procurement, legal departments, and any external parties.
  • Collaborate with the company filmmakers on making sure any equipment needed for any production is available (owned or rented).
  • Manage locations and make sure it is suitable for each sense in terms of media production message, scene good appearance, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage all video production requirements like Locations and theme, transportation, light, electricity, crew, and any other material or communication required for the media production to happen and get delivered on the right time and date.
  • Schedule video implementations with all stakeholders, and make sure they all show up on shooting time wearing the right outfits, makeup, and hairstyles.
  • Suggest actors and influencers for the media production.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners, and maintain a media database.
  • Manage and coordinate all kinds of approvals needed for the production, in terms of budgets, locations, drone use, distribution, and any other approval needed.
  • This position may include attending company events and managing the media production required for it’s media coverage.
  • Coordinate the soundtracks required for the production, such as the music creation, voice-overs, singers, sound effects, and anything else related to the production
  • This position may include coordinating with external parties to advertise the media production on TVs, Radios, led screens, billboards, social media, or any other advertising method.
  • Collaborate with the designing team, or any external party for the creation of vector video, slide show, motion graphics, or any other video.
  • Responsible for coordinating the video coloring VFX, and any other video editing required.
  • Maintain records of media production and prepare lessons learned for each project.



  • BA in media or any related field.
  • 1-2 Years in media field.


  • Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
  • Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proven working experience in media or related fields.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
