Job Description
. Provide strategic Human Resources support to the Hotel management team to ensure the application of proactive Human Resources practices
· Oversee the overall recruitment process to ensure all departments are adequately manned based on business requirements
· Manage the Human Resources Budget to maintain departmental expenses below forcasted figures
· Develop the Human Resources Colleagues to ensure a qualified pool of candidates are available for future promotions of company moves
· Manage the performance management process to ensure assessments are carried out fairly and effectively
· Provide Hotel departments with advice and guidance to align behaviours and practices with company values, standards and country laws
· Oversee the management of the Colleague facilities and welfare activities to provide high levels of employee satisfaction
· Manage the overall Human Resources function to ensure Colleagues receive exceptional support services
· Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
· Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
Skills
University degree in a related discipline / or professional Human Resources designation with a minimum of three years experiences in the same role. You must be a computer literate, ideally with proficiency in a computerized payroll system and fluent in English. Previous gulf experiences are preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is an essential
