Director of Operations
Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as Director of Operations, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction and maximized operating results.
You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the (luxury, premium, midscale, economy) marketplace.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee and maintain all operational departments to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Serves as a strategic partner and adviser across departments, providing input and leadership in setting goals, executing our vision, and enacting changes that will better the business.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills (people like and respect you), and you make an effort to connect to all stakeholders, establishing and strengthening meaningful connections
- A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens
- Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture on property.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, property systems, and standards.
Your experience and skills include:
- Five or more years’ operating experience in a similar capacity within a Preumium or luxury hotel
- Preferably with both Rooms and Food & Beverage experience
- Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
You will live the brand by:
· Develops accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Brand strategy
• Interacting in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience
• Fostering positive owner relations and maximizing performance
