DMS Specialist- Baghdad

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple datasets for Autoline.
• Checking the EOD log in order to make sure that the system doesn’t have any problems.
• Making sure that the Backup of the Autoline system is going out of the server location.
• Interact with employees and other teams to obtain data requirements for new and existing applications.
• Audit data on a regular basis and ensure data integrity.
• Manage the regular report running schedule and process.
• Perform data management activities in accordance with company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop process improvements for data management activities.
• Generate reports based on the business needs.
• Identify and correct data entry errors from his/her side our with Suppliers after Management approvals.
• Creating and granting the users access based on the request forms.
• Address any issues, questions, and problems in an accurate and timely manner.
• Make sure the backup is correct by opening the same on the training system.
• Providing Autoline training to all users in Sardar Group Companies based on the plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field. Autoline experience is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Autoline experience is mandatory.
