Position: DMS Specialist
Reporting To: Digital Transformation Manager
Duty Station: Erbil branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
- In Troubleshoot, Maintain, and administer Toyota Iraq and Dealers Autoline Systems.
- Create system reports based on operation requirements.
- Perform regular dealers’ site visits to make the sure smooth operation of the System.
- Provide Users with Training and prepare Process flow charts.
- Setting up system configuration based on the operation requirements.
- Ensure System security, and privacy.
- prepare documents, user manuals, and tutorials required for system maintenance and utilization.
- Provide Help desk support once required.
- Requirements:
- Basic knowledge & experience with computer hardware / software installation.
- Basic knowledge & experience with networking components installation & configuration.
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft products (Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc).
- Know-how to diagnose technical problems and develop solutions for them.
- Professional IT certificates are preferred (Cisco, Microsoft).
- Basic knowledge on how the public cloud and private cloud infrastructures are working.
- Iraqi nationality
