Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, Maintain, and administer Toyota Iraq and Dealers Autoline Systems.
- Create system reports based on operation requirements.
- Perform regular dealers’ site visits to make the sure smooth operation of the System
- Provide Users with Training and prepare Process flow charts.
- Setting up system configuration based on the operation requirements
- Ensure System security, and privacy.
- prepare documents, user manuals, and tutorials required for system maintenance and utilization.
- Provide Help desk support once required.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience delivering IT support and/or establishing new networks and IT infrastructure.
- Languages required: Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
- Education required: Computer Software / or Engineering, Information Technology.
