Role Summary
The Cardiologist should work in Snuni up to once a week. He or she is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing heart and cardiovascular conditions. This includes conducting tests, interpreting results, developing treatment plans, performing procedures, and providing preventive care to improve heart health.
Job Duties:
- Develops personalized treatment plans for managing conditions like hypertension, heart disease, and arrhythmias.
- Performs or oversees cardiac procedures such as catheterizations or angioplasties.
- Provides preventive care and lifestyle guidance to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
- Collaborates with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Ensures strict confidentiality of patient records and medical history.
- Treats all patients with compassion, respect, and empathy, providing emotional support as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- A Bachelor of Science and a Medical Doctor (MD) degree followed by a Cardiology residency program is required.
- Three years of clinical years experience required.
- Department of Health registration required.
