Drive Test Technician

Summary

The overall purpose of this position is to perform drive test, check the N/W based on log files analysis, and give recommendations to fix the problems to achieve best quality for the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial Analysis for 2G/3G log files and confirm drive test acceptance in reference to RF planning & optimization requirements.
• Perform Global 2G/3G Drive test based on agreed plans.
• Check and ensure the quality of installation for RF of New sites.
• Conduct detailed and daily drive test for both 2G/3G based on RF Planning & Optimization requirements.
• Provided information accuratley based on request.

Competencies

• Experience in RF drive test for 2G/3G & LTE network.
• Be proficient in using drive test data collection, such as solid experience of doing 2G/3G & LTE drive testing using TEMS, and also post-processing of drive test data using Actix or discovery.
• Good computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good experience in Telecom field.
