Job Description:


The E-commerce Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between clients and the Chinese market for retail and individual merchandise at Orderii. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring the smooth coordination of transactions to meet the needs of clients and support the company’s growth.




  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences for retail and individual merchandise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and suppliers in the Chinese market, facilitating communication and ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Negotiate deals and agreements with suppliers in the Chinese market to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the Chinese market to identify new opportunities for clients and the company.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Executive Director on client relationships, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer Support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the coordination of transactions and client services.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools: Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies used in the industry.
  • Cultural awareness: Knowledge of Chinese market dynamics and the ability to navigate cultural differences effectively.
