Electrical Engineer – Dairy/Beverage Manufacturing

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Dairy/Beverage Manufacturing plants in Halabja Province. The ideal candidate will have a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Qualifications:

Educational Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in installation projects.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Dairy/Beverage Manufacturing Plants.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Turkish is considered a plus.

Technical Acumen:

• Strong understanding of both design and on-site activities related to electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with international standards pertinent to the electrical engineering field.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications used in electrical design and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for the Dairy/Beverage Manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the integration of electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with all international and local electrical standards.
• Use software to simulate and test electrical systems for optimal performance.
• Stay updated with industry advancements to implement innovative solutions.
• Lead electrical design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with project managers.
• Prepare and review electrical equipment specifications, RFQs, and vendor drawings.
• Apply expertise in electrical concepts, practices, and codes, and devise non-standard design solutions when needed.
• Oversee quality reviews of production drawings and construction administration, ensuring corrections within CAD software and resolving design-related installation issues.
• Lead field inspections, measurements, and calculations.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project budgets.
• Lead cost proposals and financial performance evaluations.
• Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes.
• Communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines.
• Deliver electrical design tasks, including developing one-lines, power and lighting plans, grounding plans, and electrical specifications. Conduct electrical design calculations, like load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
