STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Experiences:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical supervision for construction projects.
- Supervision experience of installation of heavy electrical equipment
- Certification or specialized training in HSE management, risk assessment or related areas is
desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Proven experience in preparation of work progress reports, daily, weekly, with milestone, etc.
- Contract administration including approving of completion rates for invoicing and preparing
contract documentation and correspondence
- Knowledge and experience in liaison with local authorities and understanding of the specific
cultural circumstances.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with UN or international organization working in crisis environment is desirable.
Language: proficiency in Arabic and English.
