Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the CCTV and Radio Operations, including other component systems of the Electronic Security System (ESS) in accordance with the Security Operations Center (SOC) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the components of the Electronic Security System (ESS) within the scope of SOC SOP.
- Respond to significant events and coordinate/dispatch an initial first response to any event as directed by the SOC Shift Supervisor.
- Identify suspicious events and ensure concerns are appropriately communicated to the Shift Supervisor.
- Assist with controlled movement of Quick Response Forces (QRF).
- Operate SOC Workstations as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
- Assist with maintaining accountability of assigned weapons.
- Other duties as assigned by the management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Electronic Security System (ESS) Systems or CCTV Operations Certification courses are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of basic principles of physical security and using mobile security assets such as Quick Response Forces (QRF) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Advanced level of IT skills that include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint).
- Maintain excellent communication skills, even while working under pressure.
- Able to create and maintain positive working relationships in a multicultural team.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to approved processes and procedures.
- Consistently demonstrates integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty, and commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in austere living conditions with the potential for an element of danger.
- Must have at least one (1) years of verifiable experience within an Electronic Security Systems / Operation Center with a Private Security Company, Military, Government, or Law Enforcement Agency.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK CONDITIONS
- Individuals must be able to sit and concentrate for extended periods.
- Individuals must maintain clarity of mind and stay calm even in high-stress and potentially dangerous situations.
