Job Overview

We are looking for local candidates to fill the position of Enterprise Sales Executive for a well-known Technology company in Erbil.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and make initial contact with potential customers
  • Stay up to date on technologies, trends, etc., from Nokia, Cisco, Ciena, and, other OEMs
  • Remain current on IP and Optical network solution offerings as they are developed
  • Escalate problems when attention is needed
  • Deliver technical and sales training to the sales team, customers, and, business partners
  • prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
  • Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
  • Help in researching and developing new products

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales. (Preferably in Telecommunication field).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent command of English, Kurdish and Arabic Languages.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
