Al-Mesalla.ORG for Human Resources Development is a non-governmental, non-profit civil society organization registered with both the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and the Iraqi Central Government. Since 2004, Al-Mesalla has been actively operating in Iraq, focusing on civil society empowerment, women’s rights, livelihoods, peace, and justice

Key Responsibilities of Enumerators

• Conduct outreach activities across Nineveh Governorate to inform stakeholders about the monitoring process and encourage participation.
• Collect and record data from community awareness sessions, feedback forums, and other outreach activities.
• Distribute informational materials to local communities and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing bi-monthly feedback forums to validate monitoring findings and gather community insights.
• Support the External Expert in monitoring and evaluation tasks, including stakeholder interviews and data verification.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of collected information for monthly monitoring reports.
• Engage with local authorities, CSOs, and community members to facilitate information-sharing and participation.

Qualifications & Experience

• A high school diploma or university degree in social sciences, statistics, development studies, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in data collection, surveying, or community engagement.
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in field-based settings and engage with diverse community members.
• Basic computer literacy, including data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic (English is an added advantage).
