Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle E-Business Suite Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP) applications. This role involves a mix of technical expertise and functional understanding to ensure the seamless operation of our ERP Oracle system.


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ERP Oracle platform.
  • Proven experience in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information technology or computer engineering or related degree/fields.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Proficiency with statistics and dataset reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in O/S (Windows Server, Linux) will be a plus.
  • understanding of Oracle Database and its maintenance and Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, will be a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture and administration will be a plus.
  • Strong SQL and PLSQL skills for database query and script development
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Applications DBA Certified Professional) is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and other monitoring tools will be a plus.


  • Provide ongoing support for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, resolving issues, and optimizing system performance.
  • Hands on development experience on the various technologies and modules related to Oracle EBS
  • Experience in Oracle ERP models as functional (Payable, Receivable, Projects, Asset, Inventory, Purchasing, General Ledger, Property Manager … and Technical
  • Experience in Design and implementation of custom business applications using Oracle Application Development framework.
  • Experience working with Oracle APEX (Application Express)
  • Perform regular system maintenance activities, including patching and updates.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle E-Business Suite functionalities.
  • Define and manage user roles and access controls.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and finance team to understand reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with support teams to troubleshoot and address system problems.
  • Monitor Oracle systems regularly to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Has experience working on standard APIs. Should have the ability to debug any standard APIs issues and resolve them.
