A reputable Bitumen Company in Erbil is looking for a female candidate with excellent English language skills to perform daily office tasks as an Executive Assistant under the CEO & General Manager’s supervision, with basic daily accounting activities.


Position: Executive Assistant

Reports To: CEO – General Manager

Location: Erbil – Empire Business Towers


Objective:  Assumes a pivotal role in the execution of administrative functions, closely collaborating with the CEO & General manager. Undertakes a multitude of tasks, ensuring the seamless and organized operation of various processes. Manages intricate documentation and communication responsibilities, showcasing proficiency in translating and interpreting contracts across English, Arabic, and Kurdish languages. Furthermore, actively engages in supporting the CEO’s diverse responsibilities, playing a key role in elevating the CEO’s proficiency in the English language through collaborative efforts. This multifaceted approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also underscores the commitment to fostering a dynamic and communicative work environment as well as handling daily basic accounting activities under General Manager’s Supervision.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of certain documents, including correspondence, reports, and other materials.
  • Translate and interpret documents (contracts) and emails from English-Arabic-Kurdish and vise-versa
  • Track of daily activities and set reminders for upcoming events, travels, deadlines and etc.…
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in coordinating departmental activities, events, and projects.
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Make travel arrangements for department members as required.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic daily accounting activities, ERP & other databases data entry & analyzation, periodic reports on demand.
  • Any other tasks or duties assigned by the line manager


  • Bachelor Degree in English or related field
  • Similar Office work experience is preferable

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Accounting experiences (preferred)
  • Task oriented

Salary Range: 600,000 – 900,000 IQD plus lunch allowances
