Executive Chef

Job Overview

We are hiring!!!  Rawnaq al-dur is looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive Chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.



Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards

Estimate food requirements and food/labour costs

Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

manage kitchen staff

Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.

Rectify arising problems or complain

Perform administrative duties

Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Keep time and payroll records

Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers.




5+ years of experience in a similar position.

Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
