Key Responsibilities of the Expert for Monitoring and Evaluation

• Develop monitoring templates for data collection and analysis.
• Ensure templates align with international best practices and organizational needs.
• Provide recommendations on data visualization and reporting techniques.
• Conduct a training session for relevant staff on using the newly developed templates.
• Support the M&E team in improving data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications & Experience

• A university degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing M&E tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
