Facilities Technician

Job Overview


  • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections, supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Responsible for Office renovation and construction of offices and branches.
  • Ensure facilities construction complies with health and safety standards.
  • Continuously ensure Buildings are well maintained representing the company image in a professional and up-date manner.
  • Ensure all Exterior building work, paint jobs, renovation work is pro-actively identified and maintained at all time. Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.
  • Manage the maintenance of mechanical systems, such as; plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, lighting fixtures, Electricity stations, water distribution station, automatic temperature control, and electrical.
  • Perform routine and specialized maintenance for the buildings and utilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance maintaining records of preventative maintenance
  • Ensure maintenance agreements for machinery and equipment are monitored and renewed.
  • Make sure that maintenance and repair costs stay within budget through utilizing energy
  • Read blueprints to monitor the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure Maintaining walls, fixing leaks, paint jobs and any other tasks required.
  • Clean and maintain all boilers and other major equipment.
  • Supervise and participate in necessary painting and general repairs to plumbing,
  • Perform emergency repair services as necessary.
  • Examine buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance.


High School or Diploma

0-1 Years in Maintenance Related Field.
