Job Overview
Duties:
- Planning and organizing the daily activities of the maintenance division.
- Following up and participating with technicians in maintenance work and providing advice to them.
- Managing maintenance expenses in ways that ensure rationalization of operational expenses.
- Negotiating with external parties (contractors) the technical and commercial offers submitted by them in the event of using their services.
- Supervising and coordinating all restoration and construction work for the company’s headquarters and projects affiliated with the company.
- Determine the mechanism of maintenance requests.
- Field inspection for the purpose of diagnosing problems and taking the necessary measures to solve them.
- Supervising the preparation of kerosene for the company’s sites with the committee prepared for this purpose in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
- Work to establish a comprehensive database to schedule periodic and mechanical maintenance and the daily and monthly work of the division’s employees.
- Follow safety and security rules during the maintenance process.
- Managing the tools and supplies store of the Maintenance Division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
