Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, ensuring quality service, profitability, and compliance with hotel standards. Manages restaurants, bars, banquet services, and room service while maintaining high guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have 10 or more years of experience in the hospitality industry and be fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all F&B outlets, ensuring service excellence and cost control.
- Develop menus in coordination with chefs and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Train and motivate the F&B team to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure continuous service improvement.
- Analyze financial reports and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Oversee F&B inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies for F&B outlets.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and international hospitality standards.
