Key Responsibilities of the FGD and KII Facilitators
- Facilitate FGDs and KIIs with targeted community members and stakeholders.
- Ensure ethical and culturally appropriate data collection techniques.
- Document key findings and prepare structured summaries for reporting.
- Work closely with the research team to align discussions with project objectives.
- Provide feedback to improve data accuracy and participant engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- A university degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in conducting FGDs, KIIs, and qualitative data collection.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with diverse communities and manage sensitive discussions.
