Job Overview

Position: Field Parts Specialist

Duty Station: Erbil branch office

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Meeting and exceeding all sales objectives including overall revenue, margin, and expense goals
  • Follow up with sales results and achieving target
  • Providing Market feedback on products, pricing, and promotions
  • Preparing all sales quotations and proposals, and closing transactions
  • Communicates customer concerns to the appropriate department manager when needed
  • Ability to travel any place requested by management and related to work.
  • Follow up with Dealers to make sure they have no issues and are completely satisfied
  • Collaborate with warehouse control team for available parts and liquid stock
  • Prospecting and generating new leads while also managing existing Dealers
  • Developing new customer strategies and increasing performance with existing Dealers
  • Support other team members to achieve work goals
  • Other duties or projects as assigned by management depend on business requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and Kurdish
  • Iraqi nationality
