  • Position Summary
    The Field Sales Representative is responsible for representing the company and visiting clients at their locations to showcase services, build relationships, and achieve sales targets, aiming to increase the company’s market share. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work in the field continuously.
  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Client Visits:
      • Conduct field visits to clients to showcase services, answer inquiries, and provide suitable solutions.
      • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients for business continuity.
    2. Sales Targets Achievement:
      • Work toward achieving monthly and yearly sales targets through agreed-upon sales strategies.
      • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and special offers and discounts when needed.
    3. Sales Follow-Up:
      • Follow up with clients after visits to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
      • Provide periodic reports to management on progress and field challenges.
    4. New Client Acquisition:
      • Identify new opportunities to expand the client base through exploratory visits.
      • Participate in trade events to connect with potential clients and promote the company’s products.
    5. Internal Team Coordination:
      • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to align strategies.
      • Monitor logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
    6. Feedback Collection and Analysis:
      • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas.
      • Provide recommendations to management based on client feedback and market changes.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in sales, preferably in field sales.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build client relationships.
    • Ability to travel continuously and work in the field.
  • Skills
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
    • Good knowledge of the market and industry.
    • Proficiency in CRM and sales software.
