GENERAL INFORMATION:
responsible for to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services
The field sales rep. must know all the lab services and the potential customers that IML searching for (lab to lab), collaboration and other parties such as gyms, beauty clinics…etc,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
2. Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
3. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
4. Meet personal and team sales targets.
5. research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
6. Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
7. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
8. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, university degree or relevant professional experience;
• 1-2 years’ experience, for instance as a call center or customer services field;
