Field Service Supervisor – Artificial Lift

Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in electrical submersible pumps with Artificial Lift requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.
Work onsite with customers
As a Field Service Supervisor – Artificial Lift , you are responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers’ site/property.
As a Field Service Supervisor – Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
· Planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics.
· Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation .
· Developing long range forecast for region resource needs
· Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments
· Working together with people from the business unit.
· Handling standardized project processes
· Handling targeted clients .
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Masters Degree is a plus
· Have at 9+ years of experience in artificial lift field services mainly focused on Electrical Submersible Pumping Systems
· Have ESP sales and/or application background
· Have customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills. As well as strong written and oral English skills.
