development work is accomplished through programs of emergency response, HIV, health,
agriculture, education, livelihood microfinance, and peacebuilding.
Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the MEAL project assistant, the MEAL Field worker
(FW) isresponsible for supporting the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning
activities ofvarious CRS projects The MEAL FW will also support Shared future projects in
assessment, surveys, interviews also will help the operation of the CRS Iraq hotline, document
feedback, and support the Accountability Field Assistant in managing feedback.
Roles and Key Responsibilities: MEAL FW be called in for daily work on an ad hoc basic. There is
estimated to be approximately 5 to 10 days of work per month. The MEAL FW will conduct all
of its activities in the Kirkuk governorate.
• Some work or volunteer experience including data collection and conducting interviews in
supporting community development and mobilization.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma required.
Required Languages –
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is required.
Fluency in written and spoken Kurdish is required.
Proficiency in English and local dialects is a plus.
Travel – Some travel is required to the areas supported by CRS within the Kirkuk governorate
& Hweja district
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (SKAs)
Skilled in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
