Job Overview

Requirments:

LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Bachelors in Accounting Bussiness, or related

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years (1 Year in Administrative Affairs)

LANGUAGE : – Kurdish, English, Turkish is a plus
DRIVER’S LICENSE : – preffered
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE : Proficient in MS Office Programs

 

Job Description

1. Maintaining central records within the framework of a uniform accounting plan and generally accepted accounting principles
2. Maintaining the cash register and ensuring that it is entered into the system.
3. Monitoring, processing and archiving all invoices related to financial transactions.
4. Keeping accounting records for investments in progress or to be made and ensuring reconciliation with relevant units.
5. Maintaining fixed asset accounting records.
6. Monitoring all transactions of institutions such as Notary, Chamber of Industry, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, preparing all processes for all types of documents to be obtained, carrying out all records and providing archives.
7. Preparing weekly payment plans and monitoring payments.
8. Analyzing unit costs.
9. Supporting all document compensations during internal audits or independent audits.
10. Working in coordination with the Administrative Affairs Specialist related to business management.
11. Fulfilling the tasks given within the business management activities appropriate to his/her competence

12. Playing an active role in lean transformation studies, contributing to the continuous

increase in the standards of the business. (5S, Teamwork, etc.).

13. Ensuring the order, tidiness and cleanliness of the area he/she is responsible for. Preventing the mess in the area, ensuring that unnecessary equipment in the area is removed or the necessary equipment in the area is controlled.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts. (YGG, Internal Audit, KSGS etc.)
• Be familiar with the documentation (Regulation, procedure, instruction etc.) related to the processes in which he/she works.

• Report the risks and opportunities that may arise in the processes in which he/she works.

• Be aware of his/her contributions to the effectiveness of Management Systems.

• Initiate corrective action and take the necessary actions in case the process does not meet the expected performance.

• Comply with the occupational safety rules in all work areas and work environments, including the use of the provided personal protective equipment.

• Be informed about emergencies, environment and work accidents and act accordingly. In case of an environment and work accident, inform the Unit Manager and the ÇSG representative.

• Work in line with the Zero Waste approach.

• Adopt the sustainability approach (economic, environmental and social).

• Work in accordance with the Information Security policy and KVKK.

• Apply the guidelines regarding information privacy and KVKK in communication channels.
• To act in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity and accessibility in order to effectively manage information security.
